Features/Benefits:
Saint Gobain Performance Plastics antenna shelters are designed to provide protection and concealment for antennas and the associated equipment where a conventional spherical radome is not appropriate. Featuring a normal structure appearance with flat walls and hip or gable roofs, they utilize modular pretensioned RAYDEL® panels. The panels may have a light frame which is then attached to an independent structural framework or each panel may have a heavier frame which provides the structural rigidity as the panels are bolted together. A prime feature is the non-combustible nature of the RAYDEL® Teflon®/fiberglass in combination with a metal frame.
Options:
- Special RAYDEL® colors and finishes: A unique feature is the capability to provide a PTFE surface closely simulating a textured cement finish common on many modern buildings.
- Interior insulation: It should be noted that depending upon the choice of insulating material, the RF performance or flame resistance may be affected.
- Entry Doors and electrical access panels.
- Ventilation fans and louvres.
In addition to radomes, Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics offers several specialised products for antenna protection. Choose one of the links below for additional details.
